The A110-50 has been launched to celebrate 50 years since the introduction of the Alpine A110, the legendary Renault-engined sports car of the Sixties and Seventies that won the inaugural World Rally Championship in 1973.
The A110-50 is indeed a proper race car which has been based around the Renault sport Megane race car, meaning a tubular spaceframe, an 880kg kerbweight with a 3.5-litre V6 slotted behind the drivers seat, sending around 400bhp to the rear wheels. Lively Stuff!
